today is an amazing day... not for me, but for me... not for you, but for you... not for anyone, but for everyone... it is a day where we begin to realize that time makes all things possible... and that hope -- faith, if you will, is more powerful than desire... it is a day when i can say, i am proud that i served my country for 6 years... when, for once, i felt truly connected to the process... when my fellow citizens did not let me down, but believed... believed in the hope of a new start... a new direction... a new way or us to live together and with the world... we can be better tan our fathers... our mothers... our predecessors... and it is my goal to see that we do achieve this...
